MEET OUR CHEF
To know Meemee’s is to know its founder, Meha Agrawal. An ice cream devotee since her formative years, Meha’s love for desserts took her to the Institute of Culinary Education in New York where she completed her diploma in Baking and Pastry. Followed by a certificate course in ice cream manufacturing from the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences. The way she recalls it, Meha started dreaming the dream of having her own ice cream empire at the age of five. It was during routine visits to Baskin Robbins with her father that she realised that ice cream would be part of her life plan.
The name Meemee’s is a moniker given to Meha by her niece, a name that felt familiar to Meha and now feels familiar to Mumbai’s ice cream loving legions.
